What happens before production?

Is greaseproof paper the same as wax paper?

No. Natural greaseproof, treated paper and waxed tissue use different routes. The food, temperature, contact time and disposal expectations determine which route should be evaluated.

Can the paper grammage be customized?

Project-specific grammage can be coordinated, but weight alone does not prove grease resistance. The final option should be tested with the actual food.

What is the current MOQ guide?

The current guide is from 10,000 pieces. The paper, size, print coverage and packing route determine the final practical MOQ.

Can you confirm food-contact compliance before quotation?

Tell us the destination market and exact document or test required. Xucheng does not claim company-held certifications; availability must be checked for the selected material and production partner.

Can I check a sample first?

Available stock samples are free, with freight paid by the buyer. Custom samples are charged first, and the fee is credited after a bulk order.

How long does the process take?

The current target is a first digital mockup within 3 hours during China working hours after usable customer artwork. After visual approval and payment of the sampling fee, a custom sample can be dispatched within 7 days. After sample approval and payment, most orders dispatch from the factory within 30 days.
