MATERIAL & STRUCTURE ROUTES

Compare the function before selecting a weight or finish.

These are common routes to evaluate, not fixed promises. Final suitability is confirmed for the actual food, use and destination.

01

Greaseproof paper

A dense paper route considered for direct wrapping when oil resistance is required.

02

Treated or coated sheet

A functional surface can be evaluated when the food adds stronger grease or moisture demands.

03

Waxed or laminated route

An option to discuss for juicy food, longer holding or stronger moisture protection; final suitability must be confirmed.

BUYER QUESTIONS

What happens before production?

Should I use a repeating logo or a fixed-position print?

Repeating patterns remain visible through different folds. Fixed-position artwork needs tighter control of sheet size, food position and the wrapping method. Test the layout on a physical sample.

Does higher grammage always provide better grease resistance?

No. Fibre structure, treatment, coating, folds, heat and contact time all affect performance. Select the material route first, then confirm grammage through sampling.

What is the current MOQ guide?

The current guide is from 10,000 pieces. Final MOQ depends on sheet size, material, print coverage and packing method and is confirmed with the quotation.

What artwork should I send?

AI, PDF or EPS vector artwork is preferred. A clear JPG or PNG can start the discussion, but it may need to be recreated for production.

Can I check a sample first?

Available stock samples are free, with freight paid by the buyer. Custom samples are charged first, and the fee is credited after a bulk order.

How long does the process take?

The current target is a first digital mockup within 3 hours during China working hours after usable customer artwork. After visual approval and payment of the sampling fee, a custom sample can be dispatched within 7 days. After sample approval and payment, most orders dispatch from the factory within 30 days.
