CUSTOM FOOD PACKAGING

Custom Deli Paper Sheets

Custom flat or interfolded deli paper sheets specified around counter workflow, food contact conditions, finished size, print layout and dispensing format.

PRODUCT FIT

Choose the sheet format around the counter task and food contact conditions.

Deli paper is normally supplied as pre-cut sheets for wrapping, separating, picking up or lining food. The specification should start with the counter workflow, actual sheet size and contact conditions—not with the printed pattern alone.

Common applications

  • Deli counter service
  • Sandwich and cheese handling
  • Bakery and café prep
  • Food trays and service baskets

What can be customized

  • Finished sheet size
  • Flat or interfolded supply
  • Paper and barrier route
  • Print pattern and coverage
  • Inner-pack and dispenser format

MATERIAL & STRUCTURE ROUTES

Compare the function before selecting a weight or finish.

These are common routes to evaluate, not fixed promises. Final suitability is confirmed for the actual food, use and destination.

01

Grease-resistant paper route

A dense or treated paper route can be evaluated for oily deli foods, with final performance checked using the actual food and contact time.

02

Dry-waxed sheet route

A dry-waxed format may suit selected counter tasks, but wax system, temperature and destination requirements must be confirmed before use.

03

Flat or interfolded supply

Flat stacks and interfolded dispensing affect storage, pickup speed, sheet separation and the inner-pack specification.

SPECIFICATION VIEW

Flat sheets and counter handling should be checked together.

Sheet dimensions, fold or interfold pattern, food contact conditions, print direction and inner-pack quantity are reviewed before the converting and packing route is confirmed.

BUYER QUESTIONS

What happens before production?

What is the difference between flat and interfolded deli paper?

Flat sheets are stacked together. Interfolded sheets are arranged so pulling one presents the next. The better format depends on counter space, pickup speed, dispenser setup and packing cost.

Is deli paper always waxed paper?

No. Deli sheets may use greaseproof, treated or dry-waxed paper routes. Confirm the actual material construction instead of relying only on the product name.

How should the finished sheet size be selected?

Measure the food or tray and the real fold or handling motion. Allow enough coverage without creating unnecessary excess at the counter.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is confirmed per project. Sheet size, paper route, print coverage, interfolding and inner-pack requirements determine the practical production minimum.

Can I check a sample first?

Available stock samples are free, with freight paid by the buyer. Custom samples are charged first, and the fee is credited after a bulk order.

How long does the process take?

The current target is a first digital mockup within 3 hours during China working hours after usable customer artwork. After visual approval and payment of the sampling fee, a custom sample can be dispatched within 7 days. After sample approval and payment, most orders dispatch from the factory within 30 days.
