What happens before production?

Which is better: flat handles or twist handles?

Neither is universally better. Flat handles stack efficiently for many foodservice operations; twist handles provide a different carrying feel and retail presentation.

Can bag strength be selected by gsm?

Not alone. Fibre, paper direction, gussets, bottom folds, glue, handle reinforcement, dimensions and load distribution all affect the assembled bag.

What is the current MOQ guide?

The current guide is from 2,000 pieces. Final MOQ depends on bag size, paper, handle structure, printing and packing.

Can recycled kraft be used for food bags?

Suitability depends on direct food contact, the final paper structure and destination market. State the required documentation before material selection.

Can I check a sample first?

Available stock samples are free, with freight paid by the buyer. Custom samples are charged first, and the fee is credited after a bulk order.

How long does the process take?

The current target is a first digital mockup within 3 hours during China working hours after usable customer artwork. After visual approval and payment of the sampling fee, a custom sample can be dispatched within 7 days. After sample approval and payment, most orders dispatch from the factory within 30 days.
