What happens before production?
Can the size, material and printing be customized?
Yes. The available combination is checked against your food, dimensions, quantity, artwork and destination requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The current guide for this product is “From 1,000 pcs”. The final practical MOQ depends on structure, material, size and printing, so it is confirmed with the quotation.
Can I check a sample first?
Available stock samples are free, with freight paid by the buyer. Custom samples are charged first, and the fee is credited after a bulk order.
What documents or testing are available?
Xucheng does not currently claim company-held certifications. If your market requires a specific food-contact document or test, tell us before quotation so support from the selected material and production partner can be checked.
How long does the process take?
The current target is a first digital mockup within 3 hours during China working hours after usable customer artwork. After visual approval and payment of the sampling fee, a custom sample can be dispatched within 7 days. After sample approval and payment, most orders dispatch from the factory within 30 days.
Which shipping terms are supported?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP can be discussed, with sea, air and courier options selected around the order and destination.
