CUSTOM FOOD PACKAGING

Custom French Fry Boxes

Custom open-top French fry cartons developed around the cooked portion, opening profile, counter workflow and takeaway handling.

PRODUCT FIT

Size the carton around the cooked portion and service workflow.

Small, medium and large labels are not reliable specifications. The formed opening, usable base, fill height, supplied format and loaded takeaway order should be checked with the real cooked portion.

Common applications

  • Fast-food counter service
  • French fries and fried sides
  • Concessions and event catering
  • Combination meals and takeaway

What can be customized

  • Finished carton dimensions
  • Front, rear and opening profile
  • Supplied and erecting format
  • Print layout and colors
  • Packing quantity and destination requirements

MATERIAL & STRUCTURE ROUTES

Compare the function before selecting a weight or finish.

These are common routes to evaluate, not fixed promises. Final suitability is confirmed for the actual food, use and destination.

01

Open-top upright carton

A visible serving format whose front cutaway, rear support, opening and base need to work together with the cooked portion.

02

Folded scoop-style route

A flat-packed structure can be evaluated around separation, opening, bottom locking and the way staff fill each portion.

03

Board and barrier review

Paperboard, contact side and any grease or moisture barrier must be selected for the real food, holding time and destination requirements.

BUYER QUESTIONS

What happens before production?

Should a French fry box be sized by portion weight?

Not by weight alone. Fry length, cut, coating and filling method change the occupied volume and fill height. Test the lightest and heaviest normal cooked portions in a formed sample.

Is an open fry carton the same as a closed takeaway box?

No. An open carton supports direct access and visible service, while a closed box is a separate containment route. Compare them with the same food, holding time and complete order before choosing.

Does every fries carton need a grease-resistant barrier?

The requirement depends on the food, contact side, holding time and expected appearance. Confirm the final board or barrier route through a real food test and the required destination documents.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is confirmed per project. Finished dimensions, structure, board route, printing and packing determine the practical production minimum.

Can I check a sample first?

Available stock samples are free, with freight paid by the buyer. Custom samples are charged first, and the fee is credited after a bulk order.

How long does the process take?

The current target is a first digital mockup within 3 hours during China working hours after usable customer artwork. After visual approval and payment of the sampling fee, a custom sample can be dispatched within 7 days. After sample approval and payment, most orders dispatch from the factory within 30 days.
