CUSTOM FOOD PACKAGING

Custom Printed BBQ Paper Roll

Continuous custom printed food-service paper supplied on a roll for cut-to-length wrapping, lining and cooked-food presentation at barbecue and deli counters.

PRODUCT FIT

Build the roll specification around the cutter, counter and variable portion length.

A food-service paper roll is a continuous web rather than a stack of finished sheets. Roll width, core, outside diameter, print repeat, unwind direction and the way staff cut each piece must work together at the service station.

Common applications

  • Cut-to-length cooked-meat wrapping
  • Variable tray and platter lining
  • Barbecue counter service
  • Foodservice presentation

What can be customized

  • Roll width and length
  • Core and outside-diameter limits
  • Paper and surface route to confirm
  • Print repeat and unwind direction
  • Roll protection and carton packing

MATERIAL & STRUCTURE ROUTES

Compare the function before selecting a weight or finish.

These are common routes to evaluate, not fixed promises. Final suitability is confirmed for the actual food, use and destination.

01

Continuous roll format

Staff can cut different lengths from one web when portion or platter coverage varies, provided the dispenser and cutting method are suitable.

02

Core and unwind setup

Core inside diameter, roll outside diameter, roll width and print orientation need to match the holder, cutter and counter space.

03

Paper and use-condition review

The BBQ label alone does not define butcher paper, greaseproof paper or smoker suitability. Confirm the material and limits for the actual use.

SPECIFICATION VIEW

Roll dimensions, core fit and print direction should be checked at the actual dispensing point.

A sample roll or representative mock-up helps verify holder clearance, unwind direction, cutting action, curl, print orientation and the length normally used for each cooked-food portion.

BUYER QUESTIONS

What happens before production?

When is a roll more practical than pre-cut sheets?

A roll can suit variable cut lengths or larger surfaces when counter space, holder and cutting time are acceptable. Pre-cut sheets are usually easier when every portion uses one repeatable finished size.

Is every BBQ paper roll pink butcher paper for smoking?

No. Roll format only describes how the paper is supplied. Smoker use depends on the actual paper construction, treatment, temperature and contact conditions and must be confirmed separately.

Why are core and unwind direction part of the quotation?

They affect whether the roll fits the holder, feeds from the intended side and presents the print correctly after cutting. A mismatch can make an otherwise correct roll unusable at the station.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is confirmed per project. Roll dimensions, paper route, artwork, print repeat, core, protection and carton packing determine the practical minimum.

Can I check a sample first?

Available stock samples are free, with freight paid by the buyer. Custom samples are charged first, and the fee is credited after a bulk order.

How long does the process take?

The current target is a first digital mockup within 3 hours during China working hours after usable customer artwork. After visual approval and payment of the sampling fee, a custom sample can be dispatched within 7 days. After sample approval and payment, most orders dispatch from the factory within 30 days.
