CUSTOM FOOD PACKAGING

Custom Printed BBQ Deli Paper Sheets

Pre-cut printed paper sheets for cooked-meat wrapping, tray lining and barbecue counter service, specified by sheet dimensions, food conditions, print direction and packing.

PRODUCT FIT

Size each pre-cut sheet around the portion, tray and service action.

BBQ deli paper sheets arrive as finished pieces. The specification should start with the cooked-food portion, the tray or wrap coverage and the number of sheets staff use per order—not with a generic barbecue pattern.

Common applications

  • Cooked barbecue meat wrapping
  • Food tray and platter lining
  • Smokehouse counter service
  • Takeaway portion presentation

What can be customized

  • Finished sheet width and length
  • Paper and surface route to confirm
  • Repeat print and viewing direction
  • Wrap or liner use
  • Inner-pack and carton quantity

MATERIAL & STRUCTURE ROUTES

Compare the function before selecting a weight or finish.

These are common routes to evaluate, not fixed promises. Final suitability is confirmed for the actual food, use and destination.

01

Pre-cut sheet format

The finished width and length are fixed before service, supporting quick single-sheet pickup without cutting from a roll.

02

Wrap or liner workflow

The same flat form may be evaluated for cooked-meat wrapping or for lining a tray, but the required coverage and print-visible area differ.

03

Paper and surface route

Base paper, treatment, grease or moisture performance and food-contact documents must be confirmed for the actual food, temperature, contact time and destination.

SPECIFICATION VIEW

Pre-cut dimensions and print placement should be reviewed in the loaded service setup.

A full-size blank and a printed sample help check sheet pickup, wrap coverage, tray fit, fold lines, visible branding and the preferred inner-pack orientation.

BUYER QUESTIONS

What happens before production?

Are BBQ deli paper sheets the same as a BBQ paper roll?

No. Sheets are supplied at a fixed finished size. A roll is a continuous web that staff or equipment cut to length. They require different size, storage, dispensing, print-repeat and packing decisions.

Does the BBQ name mean the sheet can go inside a smoker?

No. A barbecue print or cooked-meat service image does not establish smoker or oven suitability. Temperature use, paper construction and required documents must be confirmed for the selected material.

How should the sheet size be approved?

Test a full-size blank with the largest normal portion and the actual tray or wrap method. Record uncovered areas, excess folds, print visibility and how easily staff separate one sheet.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is confirmed per project. Finished size, paper route, print coverage, colors, inner packing and total quantity determine the practical production minimum.

Can I check a sample first?

Available stock samples are free, with freight paid by the buyer. Custom samples are charged first, and the fee is credited after a bulk order.

How long does the process take?

The current target is a first digital mockup within 3 hours during China working hours after usable customer artwork. After visual approval and payment of the sampling fee, a custom sample can be dispatched within 7 days. After sample approval and payment, most orders dispatch from the factory within 30 days.
