What happens before production?

How should paper straw diameter be selected?

Match it to drink viscosity, inclusions and the lid opening. A standard cold drink and a thicker beverage may need different bore sizes and sample tests.

Does a longer paper straw always work better?

No. Excess length can affect handling, while a short straw may not clear the lid or reach comfortably into the cup. Test the finished cup-and-lid combination.

Can the straw or individual wrapper be printed?

Printing can be reviewed for the straw, wrapper or both, subject to artwork scale, registration, production route and destination requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is confirmed per project. Diameter, length, construction, printing, wrapping and packing determine the practical production minimum.

Can I check a sample first?

Available stock samples are free, with freight paid by the buyer. Custom samples are charged first, and the fee is credited after a bulk order.

How long does the process take?

The first digital mockup target is within 3 hours during China working hours after usable customer artwork arrives. A custom sample targets dispatch within 7 days after its structure, material and artwork are confirmed and the sampling fee is paid. Most approved custom orders target factory dispatch within 30 days after payment is received and final artwork or sample approval; requested testing time is additional.
